Guidelines on how Yoga practice can be used to cure common ailments such as allergies, back pain, sciatica, slip disc, diabetes, vertigo and others will be shared.
The practice will be conducted following the Yoga sutras of Patanjali. Please come with an empty stomach. Drinking water or herbal tea is okay.
