A: Yes, JET USA Inc. and VT Seva are both registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.

A: We are commemorating the 30-year anniversary of Jeeyar Educational Trust (JET) USA along with Volunteering Together for Seva’s (VT Seva) 17-year anniversary.
Q: When and where is the event taking place?
A: The event will be held at Address: Serengeti Estates, Gate B, 3487 Co Rd 338, Melissa, TX 75454 from Monday, June 9th , 2025 to Sunday, June 15th 2025 with plenty of parking.

Q: Where is the event taking place?
A: The event will be held at Address: Serengeti Estates, Gate B, 3487 Co Rd 338, Melissa, TX 75454 The sessions will be held indoors in an air-conditioned facility, however you will be in an outdoor setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so please come prepared.
Q: What are the session timings?
A: Sessions will be conducted on all days:
Monday, June 9th 2025 to Friday, June 13th 2025 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure seating.
Q: Who will conduct the sessions?
A: His Holiness Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji will be conducting these sessions.
Q: Is prior knowledge of the Gita required?
A: No, these sessions are accessible to participants of all backgrounds and above 11+ years of age.
Q: Will materials or handouts be provided?
A: Yes, participants will receive learning materials and booklets during the session.
Q: Do I need to register to attend?

Q: What is the dress code?
A: Traditional Indian attire for both men and women. No shorts or skirts.
Q: Is there an entry fee?
A: Yes, $251 for adults (above 21 years) $151 for young adults (11 - 21 years).
Q: Will there be food provided during the sessions?
A: Yes, entry fee includes breakfast, lunch and dinner during all the days.
Q: Are there options for babysitting during the sessions?
A: Due to logistics, we are not able to provide any babysitting during the sessions and apologize for this inconvenience.

A: Saturday, June 14 at 8:00 AM Central Time at Serengeti Estates, Gate B, 3487 Co Rd 338, Melissa, TX 75454 The Homam will be happening in an outdoor setting, so please come prepared.
Q: Who will perform the Homam?
A: Under His Holiness Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji’s direct guidance, priests trained at Sri Swamiji’s Vedic school will conduct the Homam.
Q: What is the significance of Sri Sudarsana Homam?
A: Sri Sudarsana Homam is a powerful Vedic ritual performed for protection, peace, and prosperity for one and all.
Q: Can I participate in the Homam?
A: Yes, registered devotees can participate in the Homam.
Q: Is the Homam free?
